Friendly service made the stay slightly more bearable.
The carpet in my room was filthy, which was disturbing. I also faced issues with the cleanliness. my room was not cleaned for the last three days. the swimming pool was not heated and freezing, making it impossible to enjoy.

A rooftop pool surprise
From the moment I entered, I felt a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and beautifully cleaned each day. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool, soaking up the sun while taking in the stunning city views.
I did face some challenges during my stay. The air conditioning struggled at times, leaving my room quite warm on particularly hot days. Although the situation was addressed by staff, it was frustrating to endure.

The room was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning didn’t always work properly. Chur for the lovely rooftop pool, though!

I had a great time with my friends here! The hotel was a perfect base for exploring. We arranged some fun activities, including a desert trip and a guided city tour. The location was also spot on, with tons of nearby restaurants and shops, and the breakfast was solid. Totally recommend it!
One thing I noticed was that the bathroom had some minor issues with the water drainage, which was a bit annoying during our stay.

Great value and comfortable stay
I booked a double room for a week, and the experience was delightful. The staff was quite hospitable, and I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice available at breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of shops and a lovely French restaurant just minutes away. the air conditioning in the room could use improvement, as it didn't always work reliably during hotter days.

I stayed here for a night and found the room really spacious with huge beds. Everything was in good condition and super clean. Loved that they provided fresh towels daily. The room had decent storage but could have used a bit more. The air conditioning was a bit finicky, at times leaving the room warmer than expected. a comfy place to rest my head after a long day out.

It was just a suitable option for a little getaway in Marrakesh with good value considering the price it charged. The man at the door was very friendly and made checking in a bit nicer. Bring earplugs if staying on the street side to avoid noise.

The rooftop pool provided a delightful retreat with stunning views, allowing me to bask in the sun like I was in my own private paradise, away from the city's hustle and bustle.
More varied breakfast options would be great.

While the place has its charm, the air conditioning can be a bit temperamental, leaving you warmer than anticipated on some nights. The carpet in my room could use a deep clean, and I'd have preferred more storage options. the breakfast, while tasty, lacks variety, which might get monotonous after a few days. If you're staying on the street side, be prepared for some noise—earplugs might be your best friend on those nights.
